Bell offers business solutions across network, voice, cloud, cybersecurity and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. Presentations are an important tool for selling those solutions, communicating key benefits and technical specifications to the target audience. Whether it’s developing a brand new presentation or refining an existing one, Bell has long enlisted Ascribe’s expertise to ensure its slide content is clear, polished and effective.

How Ascribe helped

Bell’s sales presentations cover a wide range of products and services. This includes solutions for asset management, municipal operations management, contact centres, unified communications, IoT connectivity, private mobile networks and many more. Having supported Bell with content development for many years, our team is often familiar with the solutions showcased in a presentation. But Bell also frequently adds to its portfolios, which requires our team to quickly get up to speed with new technologies and grasp the core value proposition and target applications.

No matter the portfolio or solution, we consistently apply best practices for presentations to help Bell’s salespeople connect with and engage their audiences. This includes keeping individual slides light on copy and scannable, rather than overloading them with text, and editing headings throughout so they’re clear and meaningful. While we don’t provide graphics or other design elements, we do make sure slides are visually consistent and on brand. For example, we apply the latest Bell template if required, which involves reformatting to replace outdated designs, ensure standard fonts and text sizes are used, and so on. We also often include speaking notes for individual slides, such as when there are too many details to fit comfortably on the slide itself, or to help presenters connect the narrative dots from slide to slide and from section to section.

Presentations we’ve worked on range from short, approximately 20-slide decks focused on individual products to expansive, portfolio-level presentations comprising more than a hundred slides. On every occasion, we’ve delivered a professional-quality presentation that makes a clear case for the value of Bell’s products and services as the solution to customers’ business challenges.
