GATHERING PERSPECTIVES ON WHO WE ARE: TRANSPORT CANADA

With its business evolving and new partnerships emerging, Transport Canada sought to ensure its brand and values were well understood across the department and externally. In summer 2008, Ascribe’s writers led a series of interviews with Transport Canada’s Director General, Communications, executive team and staff — including one 30-person group session — to probe internal perspectives on the brand identity or public image Transport Canada should aspire to project for itself. Out of that exercise, Ascribe produced a report of findings, concluding with a ‘brand promise’ for the department.
